This hotel is situated in a convenient location, not far from the center of the city, which is reachable by a short 10, minute walk or a nearby subway station. the rooms are quite spacious with comfortable beds, large and well, equipped bathrooms, and great service from the friendly staff. the breakfast is also quite filling, with a vast variety of options to choose from.

The hotel's exterior seems run, down and not very well, maintained.

During my recent Christmas stay, I enjoyed the complimentary tea and water provided in my cozy room. the friendly staff was always available to help us get around quickly as the location is close to both the metro and the airport bus. the hotel's breakfast options, including Georgian food, were perfect for starting our day.

The room's sound insulation was poor, and we heard loud noises all night. the hotel's housekeeping system was not environmentally friendly, and towels and soap were changed unnecessarily every day without asking guests, which seems wasteful.

I had a very nice stay at this hotel in an excellent location near the old town area. The hotel offered great value for money and had prices that were affordable. The attention to detail was impressive, with rooms that were clean, modern, and cozy. I loved the fact that my room had a terrace with a view over the city, it was truly breathtaking. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The basic amenities in the room were sufficient and the breakfast was delicious with a variety of options.

Great Easter vacation features, including fun activities for children and customized Easter decorations. The outdoor Easter egg hunt was a hit with the kids. The central location, close to popular attractions and public transportation, allowed us to explore the city easily.
